About the Founder
LaTonya Wallace-Conyers, a native of Williamsburg, Virginia has a passion for photography and for helping entrepreneurs to expand their businesses. After six years of providing professional photography services to businesses and personal clients, LaTonya decided to rebrand her photography business and became the founder of ALC Concepts, LLC in January 2017. In addition to providing professional photography services, ALC Concepts, LLC is a business management company that provides resources to entrepreneurs and small businesses to help streamline processes and workflow while maximizing daily productivity and increasing revenue.
Blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit, LaTonya maintained her twenty-year corporate career in Human Resources and Administrative Management while building her business. Her experience includes working as a Human Resources Professional with Sentara Healthcare, a Distribution Manager with Smithfield Specialty Foods Group, and an Administrative Manager for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (formerly known as Fairfield Resorts).
LaTonya studied Business Management at Strayer University, photography at Thomas Nelson Community College and received a certificate in Human Resources Management at Villanova University.
